Rules

1. Any intentional interference with administration members is not allowed.
2. Using nicknames that violate server rules is prohibited.
3. Advertising unrelated to the OrbitMC project is not permitted.
4. Slander or defamation of the server or any individual is forbidden.
5. Sharing false or misleading information is not allowed.
6. Actions that negatively impact server performance are prohibited.
7. Sharing private personal data is strictly forbidden.
8. All users must follow basic ethical standards.
   

• Encouraging suicide is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of threats is not allowed.
• Promoting or spreading any ideology is forbidden.
• Posting inappropriate or offensive content is not allowed, including racism or harassment.
• Distributing symbols, slogans, media, or content related to Stalinism, Leninism, Nazism, or similar oppressive ideologies is prohibited.
• Only Latvian and English are permitted for communication on the server.

• Any form of spam.
• Disrespectful behavior toward other players.
• Use of uncensored or inappropriate language.
• Trapping or hindering other players.
• Encouraging or assisting others to break server rules.
• Exploiting bugs to enter or access other players’ bases or property.

The territory owner is accountable for all outcomes related to adding members, even if those members were added by another player with the appropriate permissions.

Creating unwinnable games of chance is prohibited.

• All gambling systems must include a built-in mechanism that allows players to win randomly.
• The rules and mechanics of any gambling activity must be clearly explained and understandable.

It is strictly forbidden to sell in-game items or assets in exchange for real-life money.

Exploiting server bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics is strictly prohibited.

Exceptions (authorized use only):

• Rail duplication
• Carpet duplication
• TNT duplication
• String duplication

Players are not allowed to play using more than two Minecraft accounts.

The use of unauthorized or unfair external software is prohibited.

Allowed software and mods:

• Fabric / Fabric API
• Forge
• Badlion Client
• Lunar Client
• Feather Client
• OptiFine / OptiFabric
• Sodium / Nvidium
• Litematica (excluding the use of Easy Place function)
• Minimap and world map mods (without spawner or cave finder features)
• Durability Viewer
• MiniHUD
• Tweakeroo (all server-disallowed features such as Freecam are prohibited)
• Fullbright
• Zoom
• Replay Mod
• Auto Reconnect
• Other mods may be used only after approval from administration

If a mod or client is not listed above, players must contact staff for approval. Any modified or unfair version of the listed software is not allowed.

Gameplay fairness rules:

• Exceeding 28 CPS is considered unfair and not allowed.
• Rebinding the attack/destroy key (left click) to gain an advantage is prohibited.
• Drag clicking and butterfly clicking are not allowed.
• Double-clicking and triple-clicking mice methods are also considered unfair advantages.
• Auto-clickers or any click-assisting software are prohibited. They may be installed but must never be used on the server. If detected during a screenshare—even if used outside the server—it will result in punishment.

Circumventing any server-imposed restrictions is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Joining the server using an account that has been banned.
• Bypassing a chat mute in any form.
• Attempting to evade or bypass server chat filters or censorship.
• Avoiding or disabling the server’s anti-spam protections.

All Server-related complaints must be submitted to the administration via Discord.

For a complaint to be valid, it must include evidence clearly showing the offender at the time of the incident. All evidence must be full-screen (uncropped) and must not be edited or altered in any way.
